We accept all major dental insurance (benefit) plans. You may have an out of pocket expense depending on the procedure you need. We will let you know how much the expense will be at the time of your visit.
Dr. Cushman and his team will be able to lay out a comprehensive financial plan for you.

CareCredit Financing
We believe that everyone deserves to have a beautiful smile, regardless of financial circumstances. Therefore, we offer the Care Credit payment plan to all of our patients. This plan offers several timeframe options, low interest, and a low down payment for those who qualify. Many of our patients have been pleased with the financial services CareCredit provides. We also accept traditional Visa, MasterCard and American Express payment. Our office coordinator will take care of all of your financial questions and concerns and set you up with a payment plan that works for you.
